Christin Dulaney | Executive Articles Editor

Christin graduated from the University of Washington with dual degrees in International Studies and Economics. She later earned a master’s degree in Political Science for which she completed a thesis examining the role of indiscriminate violence in counterinsurgency campaigns using GIS analysis and advanced statistical methods. Between graduate school and law school, Christin worked in data science and analytics at Nielsen and Synchrony Financial.

As a law student, Christin worked as a TA for Prof. Wright’s evening section of Torts. She also received Chicago-Kent’s Dean’s Distinguished Certificate of Service for her volunteer work at the Domestic Violence Legal Clinic and Pro Se Self-help Web Center. For the 2018–2019 year she will serve as an Executive Articles Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review. She has also worked as a law clerk for the Securities and Exchange Commission, U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Office of Associate Chief Counsel, and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office in the Criminal Appeals Division. During her 2L summer, she was a summer associate at Greenberg Traurig where she hopes to return after graduation. In the fall, she will be an intern at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Illinois.

In her spare time she enjoys running, rowing, scuba diving, traveling, and Basil Hayden’s whiskey.
