Kyle Swanson is in the Business Law certificate program at Chicago-Kent. He is principally interested in corporate transactions and financial regulation. Kyle currently works in the office of the general counsel for Walbro, a family of privately-held companies managed by The Carlyle Group. He also works as a web project manager for the University of Michigan. Kyle previously attended the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor where he earned an A.B. in political science. He is a native of Cass City, Michigan.
