Jake Radecki is an individual who embodies the spirit of service to the law school and the legal profession, and takes the spirit of mentorship very seriously. At Chicago-Kent, he is an Executive Articles Editor for the Law Review and a Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society. In the latter role, Jake has wholeheartedly devoted himself to the Moot Court Honor Society, coaching students to the championship at this year’s William E. McGee National Civil Rights Moot Court Competition. He was motivated by not just a desire for personal gain, but a commitment to carrying on the proud winning tradition of our school’s appellate advocacy program. And when deadlines got rough with Law Review, Jake took time to help junior members to fight through and complete our tasks.- nomination text
