We excited to announce another Lunch & Learn session by China Law Society. This time, we invite three experienced Chinese attorneys to share insights about Chinese IP protection and financial/business law. See more detail below!

  •  Juan Luo, Deputy Secretary of the Antitrust and Unfair Competition Committee of Beijing Lawyer Association.
  •  Yong (Chris) Zhang, Senior Partner of Dentons Law Offices based in Shenzhen. With 13 years of legal experience, he has acted on influential intellectual property cases for many large companies.
    • Chris works closely with a number of large domestic Internet and high-tech companies on their intellectual property matters, such as Alibaba, Xunlei, Huawei, Gionee, Douyu, and BYD. His achievements are quite extradentary, especially in areas of entertainment, such as film and television, music, games, writing works, and live broadcast. He has also solved disputes for many high-tech companies on trademarks, patents, trade secrets, unfair competition, etc. With ample practical experience in litigation, Chris now leads a professional intellectual property team of more than 10 lawyers.
  • Siyuan (Suki) Qin, an experienced Chinese lawyer who focuses her practice on China related cross-border matters, including foreign direct investments in China, market entries, mergers and acquisitions, labor and employment, cross-border dispute resolution, general corporate matters, outbound investment and IP-related matters including trademark, copyright, and licensing.

Speakers are all outstanding and experienced attorneys in their fields. We hope you will join us for an interactive presentation and discussion on Chinese law as well as and work/life as practicing Chinese attorneys.
