Laura is a 2L, who intends to practice public interest law with a focus in either criminal defense or civil rights. She is particularly interested in working with underserved populations and making the courts more accessible to the average person. In addition to her position on the CLS Board, Laura is also a supervising manager of volunteers at the Self-Help Web Center in the Daley Center, and the Director of Communications for the C-K Student Humanitarian Network. She received her bachelor’s degree from Roosevelt University.
