Virginia Pavlick
Virginia practices in the firm’s Business and Finance department concentrating on transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, finance, private equity transactions, corporate governance issues, and general corporate law.
Margaret M. Kamm
Maggie is a member of the Private Client Services team in the firm’s Global Corporate Group. Maggie handles a wide range of matters, including counseling individuals & families to help them achieve their estate planning and wealth transfer goals through careful drafting of wills, revocable (“living”) trusts, irrevocable trusts, beneficiary designations, and powers of attorney.
