Tryout Process for
The Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition
Directions: Please prepare a short brief of no more than three (3) pages arguing one of the above issues from the position of either Aprepluya or Ranovstayo. Further, please prepare an informal oral argument of no more than 5 minutes arguing the same position. Note that the relevant materials needed to assist in formulating your arguments may be found at the link below. Please scroll to the bottom of the page where you will find two drop down tabs labeled “First Batch of Basic Materials” and “Second Batch of Basic Materials”.
