Jason Friedman’s expertise includes development, finance, real estate law and leasing.Before joining Friedman Properties, Friedman practiced commercial real estate law in the real estate group at internationally renown law firm Kirkland and Ellis LLP. Jason has also served as an adjunct professor of law at John Marshall Law School.
Friedman is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and received his Juris Doctorate from the Georgetown University Law Center in Washington D.C. He was a visiting student at the London School of Economics and worked at the White House and as an aide to the Senate Judiciary Committee.
Heidi Rowe focuses her practice on construction law. She represents owners, developers, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and lenders in a variety of construction-related matters on both public and private projects. Thomas M. Pikarski focuses his practice on land use, zoning and condemnation law throughout the state of Illinois. Mr. Pikarski has successfully represented clients in seeking all forms of zoning relief including administrative adjustments, variations, conditional uses, special uses, amendments, and planned developments. He has negotiated complex redevelopment agreements with municipalities for uses ranging from residential to heavy manufacturing. Mr. Pikarski has served as lead attorney on over 500 cases before various municipal administrative bodies and the Illinois Circuit Court. Prior to joining Gordon and Pikarski, Mr. Pikarski was an attorney with the international firm of Kattin Muchin and Zavis.
