Directions

Chicago-Kent is located at 565 West Adams Street, at the the southeast corner of Adams and Jefferson Streets in downtown Chicago, one block west of Union Station and three blocks south of the Ogilvie Transportation Center.

Driving Directions:

From Expressways North of Chicago:

Follow I-90/94 east to the Monroe Street exit. Turn left and proceed east (toward downtown) three blocks to Clinton Street. Turn right (south) and continue one block to West Adams Street. Turn right. The law school will be the second building on your left.

From Expressways South or West of Chicago:

Follow either I-290 (Eisenhower Expressway) or I-55 (Stevenson Expressway) to I-90/94 west. Exit at Washington Boulevard. Turn right and proceed east (toward downtown) three blocks to Clinton Street. Turn right (south) and continue one block to West Adams Street. Turn right. The law school will be the second building on your left.

Public Transit Connections:

The law school is located within walking distance of Clinton station on the Green and Blue lines, and Quincy station on the Brown, Orange, Pink and Purple lines. In addition, numerous bus routes make stops at the nearby train stations. For directions, contact the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) at (312) 836-7000.

Chicago-Kent is also a short walk from the Amtrak and Metra trains. Amtrak trains depart and arrive at Union Station (225 South Canal Street), one block east of our building. Metra trains depart and arrive from Union Station as well as the Ogilvie Transportation Center (500 West Madison Street), two blocks north of campus. For Amtrak information, call (800) USA-RAIL. Parking Information

Parking Lots

There are multiple parking lots available around the law school including:

  • Imperial Parking – Located on Quincy between Clinton and Jefferson Streets (1 block south of the law school)
  • Union Station Self-Park – Located on Jackson between Clinton and Canal Streets (1 block south of the law school)
  • Interpark, Inc. – Enter on Clinton between Monroe & Adams Streets (1 block north of the law school)

Metered Street Parking

Metered street parking is also available although some streets do have parking restrictions from 7am – 9am and/or 4pm – 6pm, see posted signs for more details.

The ParkChicago app (available for iOS and Android) makes it easy to extend your time remotely. Transactions less than 2 hours include a small “convenience fee” with the app.
