Hi, my name is Allyssa Quiroga and I am a 2L here at Chicago-Kent. I came to a legal degree after getting my degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). After teaching ESL and being exposed to the complexities of immigration not only within the lives of my students but also within my personal experiences as well, I was drawn to the legal side of things. I love to travel and believe it is important to navigate immigration law from both the US-side as well as globally. I am working toward a JD degree in Litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (LADR) with an emphasis on immigration law and international human rights.
