What drew you to immigration law: I worked as an immigration assistant at IC Compassion in Iowa City and fell in love!

Impactful experiences you’ve had with immigration law thus far: Since starting at Chicago Kent, I have enjoyed volunteering for asylum clinics through Children’s Legal Center. I find helping clients navigate the overwhelming immigration process to be impactful. I hope that through providing some comfort and showing respect for their experiences the process is less intimidating.
