What inspired you to come to law school?
As a teenager, I had a dream that I wanted to become a lawyer. Over time, that dream waned, and I gave up on it until the pandemic. During my time in isolation, I thought back to my teenage years and realized that at the very least I could give my dream one more shot. My thought was that even if I failed, I could say I tried to achieve it. I’m here now, so I guess it worked out!
Why are you interested in ILS?
I’m committed to the mission of ILS because I strongly believe that immigration is the backbone of our country and I want others to see and believe that as well.
