Katherine was born and raised in the Chicago area and currently lives in the West Loop. Katherine graduated with honors from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where she obtained her B.S. in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a Human Nutrition concentration. Katherine spent her 2L summer interning at Kent’s Entrepreneurial clinic while also working at Amin Talati, an FDA and FTC regulatory firm. This summer, Katherine works in the patent prosecution field at Rosenbaum IP in Northbrook, Illinois. In her spare time, Katherine loves spending time with family and friends, staying active, cooking, and supporting the Michigan Wolverines as well as her beloved Chicago sports teams.
