Mahira Musani received her B.A. in Political Science from Benedictine University in 2016. In fall 2017, she finished as a semifinalist in the Ilana Diamond Rovner Appellate Advocacy Competition. In spring 2018, Mahira and her teammates Jack Amaro and Keisha McClellan placed third in the William E. McGee National Civil Rights Competition. Mahira will compete in the Appellate Lawyers Association competition this fall.
In addition to Moot Court, Mahira is the vice president of the Muslim Law Student Association and clerks at the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office. Outside of law school, Mahira enjoys true-crime podcasts/books/shows, puzzles, and old Bollywood movies.
