Student Humanitarian Network:
The Student Humanitarian Network will be having its first general body meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 24 at 1:00pm in Room 270. We will be introducing the new executive board and discussing some exciting SHN events. We will also discuss the 1L Representative positions, as well as the goals for this coming school year. We hope to see you there!

Public Interest Law Initiative (PILI)
PILI offers $5,500 internships for students who spend their summer at one of their designated Chicago-area legal aid organizations and offer school-year paid opportunities. Applications open Nov. 1 for first and second year students on a rolling deadline.

BLSA Out of Darkness Walk Update:
Thank you to all of you who donated for the Out of Darkness Walk. We were able to raise over $1,900.00 thanks to everyone’s support! For those of you who came out to walk with us this past Saturday, we also thank all of you as well for showing up and supporting this cause.
