Grades: The Good, The Bad, and How to Move Forward:
Grade anxiety is real and looming. Join the First-Generation Law Student Association on Jan 21, 2022 at 6pm via zoom for a conversation with faculty, career services, and students to discuss grades, what they may or may not mean for future employment, and how to continue succeeding or tackle improving. Professor Adrian Walters will provide a perspective as a teacher of 1L core courses, Dawn Young will provide resources, Vicki Ryan of Career Services will discuss job options and prospects, and upper-level students will provide perspectives on their own experiences. Whether you did well or poorly, there are options and opportunities for continued growth and improvement, and we can help with guidance and support. Please RSVP here for the event. The Zoom link is available here and on the SBA calendar, and you will receive a calendar invitation after you RSVP.
