Monday, March 20 Fundraiser all day ($500 Goal!)
Help us fund the supplies for our pro bono project at the Garfield Park Conservatory on Tuesday by contributing to our Virtual Fundraiser for Garfield Park Conservatory on Monday! Look out for the QR codes posted throughout the school to donate via Venmo, or reach out to Alexandria Devlin at adevlin1. We need to raise $500 to cover our supplies to change the soil in the Palm Room as well as compensate Conservatory Staff for their time.

Join us at the Garfield Park Conservatory (located at 300 N Central Park Ave, Chicago, IL 60624) to change the soil in the Palm Room! Come prepared to have fun, learn a lot about the Conservatory, and get your hands dirty. The Conservatory is located immediately next to the Conservatory-Central Park Drive Green Line CTA stop. There is also free parking onsite.

A unique opportunity you can complete from anywhere, sign up to be part of our Virtual Smithsonian Transcribe-A-Thon! You do not have to transcribe the whole time, just pick a timeframe from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm and email jsanford1 when you’re finished (or if you need a different project to review). Make sure to build in time to review the instructions. For more information and to sign up, see the sign up sheet HERE.

Join us at the North side of Harrison Street at Financial Place at 6:30 am to volunteer at Aid Station 02 for this year’s Shamrock Shuffle!
