On Wednesday, April 9, 2014, at 3:00 PM in Room 510, we will spotlight the issues raised by Hobby Lobby’s challenge of the Affordable Care Act’s contraceptive mandate by hosting a moot between two Chicago-Kent heavyweights of appellate advocacy.
Arguing the position of the U.S. government will be Dean Harold Krent, our school’s fearless leader who has argued before the U.S. Supreme Court.
Arguing the position of Hobby Lobby will be Professor Kent Streseman, the director of Chicago-Kent’s Appellate Advocacy Program.
