Join ACS for a heavyweight extravaganza as Professor Kent Streseman (Director of Chicago-Kent’s Appellate Advocacy Program) and Dean Harold Krent square off in their second annual oral argument. This year, our distinguished advocates will argue Rodriguez v. United States, a Fourth Amendment case regarding the proper use of dog sniffs during a traffic stop. Come learn about the Court’s competing visions for how to interpret “seizure” under the Fourth Amendment and what that could mean for all us.
Food will be served starting at 11:30am. The oral argument will begin at 11:45am.
