To frack or not to frack? That will be the question at our debate, featuring two prominent thinkers on the subject. Arguing for the pro-fracking side will be Prof. John Kunich of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. Arguing for the anti-fracking side will be Prof. Bill Rau of Illinois State University. The debate will be moderated by our own Prof. Tarlock and presented by the Federalist Society and the Environmental Law Society. Lunch will be provided.
