I have been involved in advocating for LBGT+ rights for several years, and am currently a member of both Lambdas and LAGBAC.
As an undergraduate student in Georgia I was an active member of my schools gay-straight alliance, Common Ground, and during my junior year I served as Treasurer. As a bisexual from the deep south I know the importance of having mentors that are members and allies of the LGBT community.
