In anticipation of Halloween on Monday, SBA would like to draw attention to several ways to celebrate the upcoming holiday on campus!

SBA and ELS Virtual Pumpkin Vote: Environmental Law Society recently held a pumpkin carving event. The pumpkins unfortunately started to turn a bit early, so we’re displaying them virtually instead of physically. Please vote for your favorite pumpkin for SBA to highlight in the newsletter Monday! Votes will be collected through Saturday at 5 PM, the survey only takes 1-2 mins so please see the art and cast your vote here at this link!

Trick or Treat Event: SBA and Parents and Caregivers Chicago Kent (PACCK) are cohosting a trick or treat event on Monday, along with the CK faculty and staff! Students are welcome to attend and travel around the building visiting offices and collecting candy, but also all parents and caregivers are encouraged to bring in their young kids/siblings/nieces/nephews/etc to Trick or Treat in the safe school environment. A list of participating offices and professors will be sent out on Monday in the SBA Newsletter (keep an eye out), please RSVP by emailing PACCK (cc’ed) if you do plan to bring a child on campus.

Student Diversity Council: Not Halloween-related, but celebrating diversity gives us chills anyway! Join us in the lobby for Divers-A-Fest on Monday, October 31st from 4-6PM. We look forward to an evening of building community, mingling between organizations, and fun! Light refreshments, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, will be provided. All are welcome and encouraged to attend.
